Subject: Pray for Peace of Jerusalem

Hello, Shari Miller is well and expresses heartfelt gratitude for your prayers.  She is alive, safe, and happy.  However the access to the hotel she was staying at has been closed off by the violence and she has moved into shelter and is sleeping on a mat on a floor.  She was caught in one riot between 1000 Palestinian Arabs and the Israeli soldiers with tear gas going off around her.  She was the only woman on the streets and a shopkeeper yanked her off the street and hid her in his shop.  She has also been smuggled twice into the Palestinian territory that is closed off by security checkpoints.  She can really use your prayers so continue to lift her up for the next 3 weeks.  Reports from Jerusalem indicates that things continue to escalate with Arabs rioting, burning cars, and things are becoming chaotic.  They are on the brink of civil war with the Arab Israeli citizens siding with the Palestinians against their fellow Israeli citizens for the very first time.  If violence is not averted, it may be difficult to avert another Middle Eastern war.  Many lives are teetering in the balance.  Please Pray for Peace.  The whole confrontation centers around the fate of the Temple Mount; pray that the Temple Mount is not handed over to the UN Security Council. Sincerely, Glenna Jehl
