Hi Michael,
Mikey, David! Iraj and Julia!
It looks like the decaturnet server is down so you can
communicate with me
at Indianashari@hotmail.com
You sent me an email "from Ell"...but I accidently
deleted it(cuz I am
computer illiterate as you well know, and don't know what I am
doing!!!) on
the po-box.com address, before I read it, so, you can send me all
the new
ones, again, please to the hotmail address if you like, but send
them soon,
cuz I'm leaving tomorrow at noonish to go to the airport to come
home!!!!
Shucks, I am going
to miss this depressing atmosphere and the huge
Totalitarian world spirits controlling this place...NOT!!! NOT!!!
Tonite I had another interesting experience, I went to "Mykcostka",
the
State-run Institution, that rounds up all the street orphans that
they can
find, incarcerates them in an institution, shaves their heads(boys
and
girls!), and does medical experiments on them; in other words,
they treat
the kids pretty poorly, to say the least!...I went in there with
the
Canadian youth team to cheer them up and show alot of Christ's
LOVE to the
kids, street orphans ranging from 2 to 17 years old. They are so
pathetic,
and so hungary for the sheer basics of life, like love, survival,
and are
they going to make it, etc..
So I went in there and really goofed around with them; and arm
wrestled the
older boys, told them jokes, tried to make them laugh, loved on
them, built
them up, encouraged them and even prophesied to some of them, etc....they
loved it, and when I left the whole place was cheering and
smiling...Thank
God!, we have the power and ability to bring light into even the
darkest
situations!!!!
Well anyways, there was this little guy, 5 years old, head shaved
close,
looked like a blonde, with blue eyes, and when he saw me he came
running up
to me and hugged me and just wouldn't let go, nor leave my side;
it turns
out he was an only child, mentally a little bit slow, and his
mother just
got killed by a trolley car the other day, and his father is a
criminal and
in prison, so he was found riding around on the trolley all nite
alone!, or
he was abandoned after his mother's death, we don't know for sure...he
is so
cute and loveable...whatta ya think, should we adopt him??? I can
have him
if we want him, the State would love to dump him on me!?!
It makes me really tempted to adopt someone like him, in
circumstances like
this!!!...and after all, your old mom is such a softie, anyways!
Life is such a trip! and it is so precious, so let's make every
moment of it
count for Christ! okay!?!
I love you all and miss you so much that I am like numb!...but
can't wait to
get home!
LOVE always,
Shari (mom)
